Initially the company’s payroll clerk, Barbara has been with FMC from the beginning supporting her husband and growing their business together. “I have enjoyed working with Bruce,” says Barbara. “We make a good team. It’s been wonderful working with such great people over the years and watching their careers develop.” When Barbara isn’t managing the company, she enjoys the time spent with family and friends, including the Ferguson’s seven grandchildren. She looks forward to helping with J2B2 Rocks more in the future.
